  • Source files remain the intellectual property of WebTouch.Agency unless explicitly transferred.

Revisions and Support:

  • Revisions are offered as per the project agreement. Extra revisions may incur additional costs.

  • Post-launch support is included for a defined period; extended maintenance requires a separate agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure satisfaction with every project. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:​​

  • Initial Deposits: Non-refundable once the project begins.

  • Project Termination by Client: Refunds (if applicable) will be based on the completed portion of the project.

  • Dissatisfaction: We will work to resolve any issues. Refunds are only provided when issues remain unresolved after reasonable attempts.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation fees depend on the stage of the project:

  • Projects canceled after 50% completion will not be refunded for the completed portion.

  • Subscriptions (e.g., hosting) require 30 days' notice.
